American Telugu Association (ATA), along with the local Telugu Association (TANTEX) and ChimataMusic, is proudly presenting "Mallee Mallee Idi Raani Roju" (a nostalgic musical tribute paid to the great Telugu music directors' Trinity: KV Mahadevan, Sathyam and Ilaya Raja) in Dallas, TX on June 4, 2011. The venue is Coppell Middle West School Auditorium, Coppell (Dallas), TX and the date/time is Saturday, June 4th from 5: 00 - 9: 00 PM.
The concert will have 25+ best songs of all three music directors. The popular playback singer, Ramu,Sarada Akunuri, Deepika Uppuluri and Narayanan Raju are going to enthrall the Dallas music lovers in this awesome concert. June 4th is chosen as it is SP Balu's birthday and some of his best songs (that he sang for the three melodious Trinity in the 70's and 80's) will wonderfully be presented by the singers. In addition, the organizers are going to celebrate SP Balu's birthday amidst the hundreds of Dallas music lovers in the auditorium.
A video (with SP Balu's speech on his closer association with the three music directors and with best compliments showered on the Dallas Music lovers) will be screened during the concert. A Singing Competition event based on the songs of Trinity music directors will be held in between 2:00 and 5: 00 PM (before the main concert begins) to encourage the enthusiastic kids and adult singers.
