Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, the only one of its kind hospital dedicated to Cancer Care in Hyderabad catering to the people of two telugu speaking states has been the guiding light for many cancer patients in south India for more than a decade. A dream by Legendary NT Rama Rao, who is the force behind the hospital that was setup in the name his wife Smt. Nandamuri Basavataraka Rama Rao, who herself was an unfortunate victim of deadly disease cancer.
To achieve the objective set by its founder, BIACH&RI is in forefront to extend helping hands to poor cancer patients who are not in a position to afford the treatment who are not covered under Arogyasri. Several such patients were treated freely and also receiving support from philanthropists. Accordingly a poor patient has received treatment recently, who has undergone treatment for Lung Cancer successfully.
In order to reveal the details, Sri Nandamuri Balakrishna, Chairman, BIACH&RI along with doctors treating the patient will hold a press conference tomorrow Saturday at 11 AM, 5th December 2020 at Auditorium, BIACH&RI, Road No.14, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
