The company has also re-iterated its focus on increasing female participation across different functions and the goal to achieve 50% diversity ratio at its facilities.

A dedicated helpline A dedicated 24X7 helpline for women employees with the objective of to make women employees feel secure about highlighting grievances or any other matters in a safe environment.
RE-IGNITE Program for women coming back from the sabbatical, however long, and allowing them to resume work without any friction in their career. The mentoring program within the function will also allow women to quickly assimilate into the organization environment which helps them in their overall growth and development.
Infrastructure upgrade initiative to help improve existing facilities for female employees across sites including the Distribution center (DC), Warehouse or Hub. The company strongly believes that a safe work environment contributes to a happy work environment.
Ecom Express is strongly committed to increase women participation across different functions. At large facilities, the company is targeting a diversity ratio of 50% in the morning batch. While already there are female associates across the team in last mile delivery, going forward the plan is to aggressively operate All-women DCs in various parts of the country. The company will also be conducting a mass hiring of females for supervisor roles.
Mandatory training on ‘Managing Biases in Recruitment’ for the Leadership Team and hiring managers to foster a rational, equitable and more inclusive hiring process
