Kuchipudi Palav in US comes with a chef-less kitchen, says Kuchipudi Venkat

In April this year, renowned Restaurenter-Chef Kuchipudi Venkat was in the news for launching a restaurant named Maredumilli in Hyderabad-Gachibowli. The director-producer has now taken a new leap in the field of hotel business.

The enterprising businessman has floated Kuchipudi Palav, a lip-smacking restaurant, in the US. What is unique about it is that it features a chef-less kitchen. Venkat, who knows the practical difficulties associated with finding the right chef, figured out a sustainable model. With the initiative, Venkat is making heads turn in the US.

"Andhra, Telangana, Andaman, Arunachal Pradesh, Argentina, Africa, America, or be it any place for that matter, Kuchipudi Venkat is providing a fantastic opportunity to run restaurants that serve healthy palav without any chefs," a source says.

The establishment of the restaurant in the US was preceded by deep-dive and elaborate research. NRI entrepreneur Raju Mandapati is leading the restaurant. Tollywood producer Dil Raju and Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao (Telangana's Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development) launched Kuchipudi Palav recently.

Venkat recently announced that a first-of-its-kind pub named Telugu Pub has been created at the Gacchibowli restaurant to cater to the unique tastes of its patrons.
