Kangana Ranaut will be essaying the role of J Jayalalithaa, Taminadu's former Chief Minister. Kangana has already started preparing for this role. She is learning Tamil language and trying to understand the character that she will be essaying.
This is Kangana's first Tamil film. We have seen her in Telugu films. This biopic on Jayalalithaa will be shot simultaneously in Tamil and Hindi. It will be directed by A L Vijay. Script for the film is by Vijayendra Prasad and Vishnu Induri is producing it.
