Ritu Varma will play Nani’s romantic interest

Ritu Varma, who is known to the Telugu audience with the films ‘Naa Rakumarudu’, ‘Prema Ishq Kaadal’ and ‘Baadsha’, will play Nani’s romantic interest in his upcoming film. Malayalam actress Malavika Nair will also be seen in one of the lead roles. Touted to be a romantic entertainer, the untitled film is being directed by Nag Ashwin, who earlier worked as an assistant director at Sekhar Kammula. Ritu Varma said, “I was very excited when I got the opportunity because I found an excellent co-star Nani. He is one of my favorite actors. He is a very nice guy and helped me a lot on sets. You will see me in an ultra-modern getup in the film. I’m super excited to be transformed into the character.”
