'Pokiri' heroine Ileana D'Cruz will be playing a seemingly suspenseful role in Abhishek Bachchan's upcoming web release, 'The Big Bull'. This Hindi-language drama is admittedly based on the notorious stockbroker Harshad Mehta.
Coming with the caption 'The man who sold dreams to India', this one is a crime drama where Ileana has got a strong role. To be streamed on Disney Plus Hotstar Multiplex sometime in October, the film narrates the tale of how the financial system was battered by the Harshad Mehta scam of the 1990s.
Featuring also Nikita Dutta and Sohum Shah, it is helmed by Kookie Gulati. Produced by 'Tanhaji' actor Ajay Devgn and Anand Pandit, the film is awaited by lovers of crime dramas.
