The Film Critics Association has been rendering immediate financial assistance to the bereaved families of its deceased members for years. Legendary PRO and journalist BA Raju passed away in May. On Wednesday, the Association handed over cash assistance of Rs 25,000 to his sons. Raju was a member of the FCA.
Suresh Kondeti, the President of FCA, said that BA Raju's demise is an irreparable loss to the film industry. E Janardhan Reddy recalled his association with the departed soul on the occasion. Joint Secretary P Rambabu said that the Association will always stand by his family.
Arun Kumar and Siva Kumar, the sons of the late BA Raju, were also present.
