'Dum Masala', the first song from 'Guntur Kaaram', comes adorned with a rap written by Trivikram. Thaman lets Sanjith Hegde and himself burst forth with gusto. The lyrics written by Ramajogayya Sastry decorate the hero's character with majestic phrases. The ornamental language finds a match in Mahesh Babu's royal swag. With additional vocals done by Jyoti Nooran, the song was released on Tuesday.
"Let's kick it off with 'Dum Masala'," wrote the Superstar, plugging the song. "It’s always a dream to score for our dear Superstar Mahesh gaaru. Can’t get bigger to release this song on this beautiful blessed day," Thaman wrote, sharing the song. The blessed day is nothing but Trivikram's birthday.
Haarika & Hassine Creations described the song as the ultimate explosion of Mahesh Babu's mass swag.
The film, co-starring Sree Leela and Meenakshi Chaudhary, will head to the theatres on January 12, 2024.
