Anti-Allu Arjun narratives reach ridiculous proportions

The anti-Allu Arjun narrative is reaching farcical proportions, day after day. Someone has brought out a folk song against Bunny and his behaviour after the stampede. The song, featuring emotional villagers, is about the crime committed by the makers of 'Pushpa 2' - the crime of charging ticket money for those who want to watch their movie. "We have to buy the ticket, huh?" the poor woman asks, almost feeling sad. Making Rs 300 crores by way of remuneration and profit has had some consequences for Allu Arjun, it appears. He should probably have delivered a flop movie to make these guys happy.

Meanwhile, a student leader has threatened Allu Arjun with dire consequences, stating that lakhs of students affiliated to Osmania and other universities are against him. For what? For allegedly not doing justice to late Revathi's family. So far, Rs 2 crores has been given by Allu Arjun, Sukumar and the makers of the movie. This is far more than any government has ever given to victims of accidents and stampedes.

These anti-Allu Arjun narratives may or may not reflect the sentiment on the ground. Not all narratives and propaganda alter the public opinion.
