YouTuber Harsha Sai is facing a cheating, rape and blackmail complaint. As per the young woman who lodged the complaint, Harsha Sai had shot inappropriate videos of her and resorted to blackmail. The complaint was lodged in September. Hours later, Harsha Sai responded to the allegations against him, stating that the accusations were motivated solely by financial gain ("extortion"). He added that the truth would be revealed soon and that his lawyer would be actively working on the case. Harsha Sai also mentioned that his advocate, Tanikonda Chiranjeevi, will provide further details regarding the matter. He then disappeared from India.
The news is that the YouTuber, who is also an aspiring cinema hero, has returned to India after weeks of absence. He said that he has been granted bail because the accusations are flimsy. He also added that he was out of India on some "small work".
In the first week of October, the police issued a lookout notice against Harsha Sai.
The Narsingi police, in the month of September, registered a case against Harsha Sai under IPC sections 376(2), 376(N), and 354, and police teams are actively searching for him. He and the woman complainant have been at loggerheads over their movie, 'MEGA'.
