Today, August 15 is not only the India’s Independence Day but also Real star Dr Srihari’s birthday. It’s well known about Srihari social service. Like every year, this year also on his birthday he decided to help the needy through his charitable institution ‘Akshara’. In this regard he spoke to the media and shared his thoughts. Some excerpts:
Adopt 10 children: Every year we extend our help to the needy through our charitable trust ‘Akshaya Foundataion’. Remembering those who fought to preserve our country and sacrificed their lives, I wanted to help their children. In this regard I allotted Rs 10 lakhs from our trust. So I’m going to adopt 10 children and provide quality educational facilities to them.
About Bhairava: People have seen me as a police officer in many films. Although ‘Bhairava’ is a film on police backdrop, the story is very fresh. The film speaks about what a police officer did for the orphan children. There are some good punch dialogues in my style like ‘Goli kotte mundu khaali body choostha, bio-data choodanu’. Likewise the action scenes will also be in my style that would attract the masses.
Safe bet films: It’s a safe bet to do police oriented films because there is always demand for them. These films are minimum guaranteed as long as the director comes out with a fresh script. In this line ‘Bhairava’ is focusing on today’s police force and discuss about police, rowdies, politics and media. The film has a good message as well.
Roles recognized: My role Narasingh in ‘Don Seenu’ is getting very good response. Therefore, I’m celebrating this birthday as Narasingh. Last year Sher Khan in ‘Magadheera’ fetched me enough recognition that is sufficient throughout my life. After that many good offers knocked my doors automatically. Right now I’m doing a key role in ‘Brindaavanam’. By the title ‘Brindaavanam’ do not predict this film to be NTR’s film in a new angle. It’s just a wonderful feast to all.
He concluded by saying, “This year I’ve so far signed three films. I’ll let you know the details of it shortly.”
