Tell us about your background
I am from Orissa. I did MBA from Vizag. My father works for Indian Railways and my mother is a housewife. I have a younger brother.
How did films happen to you?
Being an actress was never on my mind. I went to a photoshoot and a friend of mine gave my pictures to Kalyan. I was auditioned and got selected. That’s how my first film happened. Now I am fascinated by the tinsel town and films have become my passion.
How has been your experience in showbiz been so far?
It has been great so far and I know it will be good in future too.
Tell us about your strengths as an actor/actress?
My confidence is my biggest strength. My family has always been supportive about my decisions. I could reach here with their support only.
What kind of roles do you prefer to do?
I am glad that in my first film itself I got a powerful role. In future I am looking at roles that will give complete entertainment. I am not open to exposing. Its a clear no-no. I want to do unique roles that will bring out my acting prowess.

Nithya Menen.
Tell us about your other future projects?
I am doing a Tamil film. Right now I do not want to disclose much about it. Very soon announcements will be made.
