This success of this film is reminding me of 'Pelli Choopulu'. I have discovered that people are enjoying my comedy when I least expected them to. I didn't expect them to enjoy some of the small jokes, but even they have landed well.
Director Anudeep KV's conviction is what pushed the actor in me to believe in his vision. As an actor, I focused on bettering it. All the actors gave their best.
The acknowledgement from the likes of Allu Arjun garu and Mahesh Babu garu feels so great. It pushes us to be consistent. I remember Chiranjeevi garu and Venkatesh garu appreciating me in the past. Mega heroes like Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej have also encouraged me.
Many people are telling me that 'Jathi Ratnalu' is one of the cleanest comedies. It has proved that you can create comedy with easy language and in natural settings. Lines like 'Life oka zindagi aipoindi mawa' are hilarious.
I laughed a lot when I listened to the script of 'Jathi Ratnalu'. It feels great that the buddy comedy involving me, Naveen Polishetty and Rahul Ramakrishna has gone down well with the people.
