South Indian Film Chamber President C kalyan, who was elected as Secretary of Film Federation of India, was felicitated by Telugu Film Directors Association on Thursday at Prasad Lab Preview Theatre in Hyderabad. General Secretary Maddineni Ramesh invited the attendees to the stage.
Telugu Film Directors Association Chief Veera Shankar said, “C Kalyan is the first Telugu person who was selected for FFI. Our Telugu film industry must feel proud of him.”
FFI Secretory C Kalyan said, “My cine career started as an assistant director. I always feel proud for that. Though I have received many felicitations, receiving this felicitation from our Telugu Film Directors Association is an unforgettable moment. I would like to thank Telugu Film Directors Association chiefs and members.”
In this felicitation programme, Telugu Film Directors Association chief Veera Shankar, General Secretary Maddineni Ramesh, Joint Secretory Sai Venkat, Treasurer Kadambari Kiran, Madala Ravi, Anil Kavuri and Directors Association members were the prominent figures.
