The lyrics of Allu Arjun's Duvvada Jagannadham song has been changed. The romantic song Asmika had the words Namakam Chamakam in it. Brahmins say that these are the words of the sacred hymns and the mantras of Lord Shiva. Now the makers have changed the lyrics of this song. Namakam Chamakam will be replaced with the words Naa Gamakam Nee Sumukham.
The makers have issued a statement on the same. Some Brahmins are still thinking that the original words are being used in the film. With the statement being issued looks like all controversies regarding this song will now be over.
Directed by Harish Shankar, this film has Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde as its leading pair. Duvvada Jagganadham will come to theatres on the 23rd June.
