Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej and Mehrene Kaur Pirzada as the lead pair ‘Jawaan’ is being made under BVS Ravi’s direction. The film is said to be a romantic drama. The shooting of the film is going on at a rapid pace right from the starting day of the shoot. According to the latest reports, the team has wrapped up the talkie part. Two fights and songs will be canned in June. The makers are planning to bring the film to audience in August. Prominent producer Dil Raju as presenter, the film is being produced by Krishna under Arunachal Creations banner.
Updating the progress of the film, Dil Raju said, “Sai Dharam Tej and our banner has strong connection with the films like ‘Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham’, ‘Subramanyam For Sale’ and ‘Supreme’. BVS Ravi has worked for the films like ‘Bhadra’, ‘Munna’, ‘Parugu’ and ‘Mr. Perfect’ which were delivered from our banner. I was very much impressed by the script. The script is perfectly apt to Sai Dharam Tej. My close relative Krishna is being introduced as producer through this film. ‘Jawaan’ came out wonderfully as expected.”
Briefing about the film’s details, director BVS Ravi said, “The film ‘Jawaan’ is not related to military as the film title suggests. The film is about a common man in the society who takes up the responsibility like a soldier and fights the ills of the society. And that is why it has given the caption ‘Intikokkadu’. ‘Jawaan’ is a pakka commercial entertainer blended with family emotions. Thaman has given wonderful musical scores. Mehrene will stand out as a special attraction to the film. The actress will impress audience with her drop-dead beauty and performance. Prasanna played main antagonist in the film.”

I was very much impressed by the script which is blended with commercial elements, narrated by BVS Ravi. The story is perfectly apt to Sai Dharam Tej’s body language and image.
