Actress Nikki Galrani, who was seen opposite Sunil in 'Krishnashtami', has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. She is doing alright, as she has been suffering only from mild symptoms.
"I was tested Positive for #COVID-19 last week. I’m on my way to recovery and feeling much better now. I’d like to thank my close ones for looking out for me, all the frontline Health workers & mainly the #Chennai #TamilNadu #Corporation for their Constant Support (sic)," the model-turned-actress tweeted.
Nikki, who is famous for a number of notable films in Tamil and Malayalam, said that she has been able to successfully recover because of her age (she is 28) and because she has got no co-morbidities. "But when I think about my parents and those with underlying health conditions, I get scared," she suggested.
"Please do safe and never step out of your homes even if it frustrates you," she added.
