'Jetty', starring Nandita Swetha and others, is all set to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. Written and directed by Subrahmanyam Picchuka, the film is produced by Venu Madhav. On Tuesday, the title logo of the movie was launched in four languages.
The makers have said that the story of the movie is unique and has never been tried before in the history of south Indian cinema. The lifestyle of fishermen is depicted in the movie. How globalization has affected them will be brought out. The customs and age-old traditions of the fishermen will be highlighted.
Speaking about the movie, the director said that the film is realistic. "The shooting is complete. Post-production works are on. Jetty denotes the dream wall of thousands of fishermen belonging to scores of villages," he added.
Music is by Karthik Kondakandla. Veera Mani has cranked the camera. Stunts are by Devaraj Nune. Editing is by Srinivas Thota. Art Direction is by Upendra Reddy. Choreography is by Anish. Dialogues are by Sashidhar.
Krishna, Kannada Kishore, Mime Gopi, MS Chowdhary, Shivaji Raja, Jeeva and Suman Shetty are part of the cast.
