'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' will hit the cinemas on May 12. Nothing much is known about the story of the commercial action entertainer so far.
But based on what art director AS Prakash has revealed, we can make a reasonable guess about the nature of the film's flashback. Prakash built the set of an old-style bank for the Mahesh Babu-starrer. This bank will be seen in the film's flashback episodes from the 1970s or so. Two other bank sets were used to shoot scenes set in the present.
In all probability, Mahesh Babu's character's father or mother was a bank officer or sleuth who tried to expose a money-laundering fraud (or something else) in the flashback. He/she was betrayed by the villain and a fall from grace happens. It falls on the hero to redeem his parent's lost honour by joining the banking system and gaming the system from within.
This is only a piece of speculation made by some Netizens.
The film, directed by Parasuram Petla, has Keerthy Suresh as the heroine. Its music is by Thaman.
