Mythri Movie Makers today came under the radar of the Income-Tax Department. Reportedly, searches were conducted on the premises of its office in Hyderabad.
The searches come ahead of the release of two of the biggest-ever Sankranthi releases: 'Waltair Veerayya' and 'Veera Simha Reddy'. The business deals of these movies are expected to have already fetched table profits for producers Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar.
After successfully producing Mahesh Babu's 'Srimanthudu', Jr NTR's 'Janatha Garage', Ram Charan's 'Rangasthalam', Vaisshnav Tej's 'Uppena', and Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa', this year, the banner made 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'
The banner is also making Nandamuri Kalyanram's 'Amigos', Vijay Deverakonda's 'Kushi', and Pawan Kalyan's 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh'. It will also be making NTR31 with Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel.
