'Knock Out', produced by MS Reddy aka Bobby Reddy, is a boxing-based drama. Bobby is the son of the brother of MSN Reddy, who has produced movies such as 'Bunny', 'Bhageeratha' and 'Dhee' in the past.
Mahidhar is getting introduced as a hero. Directed by Uday Kiran, the film's launch event today was graced by Sai Rajesh, producer Tummalapalli Ramasatyanarayana and others.
Speaking about the movie, the makers said, "The story is quite interesting. There are seven fights in the movie and all of them are going to be stand-out features. Well-known stunt masters have choreographed them. GV Prasad's cinematography will be another highlight. The film will be shot non-stop for sixty days and will be released as a Summer gift."
Kiran is directing the actioner. "I thank the producer for accepting my story. The film tells the story of a martial arts practitioner who faces a series of obstacles in life. What does he lose and what does he gain in the process? That's what the film is about. Hyderabad, Vizag, Araku and other places are where the film will be shot."
Mahidhar has learned martial arts for his role in the movie.
