Star producers Dil Raju and Shirish, in company with Prasad V Potluri and Pearl V Potluri, are producing Thalapathy Vijay's 66th movie. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine.
The news is that the film's first look was unveiled a while ago on Tuesday. The makers have confirmed an old-fashioned yet catchy title. 'Vaarasudu' is the title for the film's Telugu version. It has been reconfirmed that the film will head to theatres for Sankranthi next year.
"Paidipally, known for movies such as 'Maharshi', scripted a blockbuster story. In the first look poster, the 'Beast' actor is seen sporting a suave and serious look that befits his character," the makers said.
The family entertainer is coming with the caption 'The Boss Returns'.
Prakash Raj, Prabhu, Sarathkumar and others have already shot for the movie. Jayasudha and Srikanth have been roped in for key roles. Shaam, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha and Samyuktha have other roles. The film has music by S Thaman. Karthick Palani is its cinematographer.
