Actor Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram', which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Kollywood, features Vijay Sethupathi and 'Pushpa' fame actor Fahadh Faasil in other pivotal roles. The news is that the film's release date will be announced very soon.
The release date will be revealed at 7 am on March 14, the makers of the action thriller today said.
'Vikram' is touted to be a slick action thriller. Sethupathi, the 'Uppena' actor, is its main villain. The film marks the coming together of Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Arjun Das and Shivani Narayanan in supporting roles.
The film needs to pick an ideal release date amid a sea of many movies coming out till the end of Summer. The situation is less challenging in Tamil. But the Telugu version, too, will be released simultaneously. So, the makers will be planning to release the film on a date where competition in both Telugu and Tamil are minimal.
