'Desam Kosam Bhagat Singh' is produced and directed by Ravindra Gopala. The director-producer himself is its hero and he has essayed the roles of not one or two but 14 freedom fighters in the movie.
The news is that the film is going to hit the cinemas on February 10. Recently, its audio was released and, as per the makers, the songs have been a hit.
At an event today, producer and guest C Kalyan said that it is no mean feat for an actor to essay 14 different characters. He revealed that the title 'Desam Kosam' was registered by him for a Dasari Narayana Rao movie. Since Ravindra Gopala made a request to him, he parted with the evocative title.
Guest and producer Rama Satyanarayana said that it's not enough for people to believe they are patriotic. "A drama of this kind has to be watched by spending Rs 1000," he added.
Besides playing multiple roles in the movie, Gopala has also written and rendered a song.
With cinematography by CV Anand and music by Pramod Kumar, the film's trailer was recently released at the hands of Dil Raju.
