Director Vivek Agnihotri of 'The Kashmir Files' and 'The Tashkent Files' fame is making a social thriller drama titled 'The Vaccine War', which is slated to hit the cinemas on August 15. His wife Pallavi Joshi is producing it.
The news is that 'Kantara' fame Sapthami Gowda has been enlisted by the directors to play an undisclosed role in the movie.
The Kannada actress has been chosen for an important role. "Right from getting into the part, and acting with big stars, there are a lot of new avenues to explore in this multilingual film," the actress told TNIE, reacting to the casting news. She is going to take part in the Hyderabad schedule. 'Vaccine War' will be released in 11 languages, Sapthami will get to register herself in the mind of a multi-lingual actress yet another time after Rishab Shetty's 'Kantara'.
The film also features Anupam Kher and Nana Patekar, both of whom are renowned for being versatile.
