Vijay Deverakonda's movie with director Parasuram Petla was launched recently. The 'Liger' actor's 13th movie is produced by Dil Raju and Shirish. It stars Mrunal Thakur as the female lead.
The film, whose rumoured title is 'Family Star', today commenced its production.
Sri Venkateswara Creations is going to keep the final product ready by the end of this year. The family entertainer will hit the cinemas for Sankranthi 2024.
Cinematographer KU Mohanan of 'Maharshi' fame and 'Geetha Govindam' composer Gopi Sunder are working on the movie. AS Prakash (art director), Marthand K Venkatesh (editor) and others are working on the project.
The film is going to be shot in the US extensively in the coming months. It's rumoured that the 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' director has conceived unique comedy situations. This is the first collaboration between Vijay and the 'Sita Ramam' actress.
Vijay will be seen in 'Kushi' on September 1, while Mrunal will be seen in 'Hi Nanna' on December 21.
