'Giddaluru Police Station' stars Ch. V. Suman Babu in the role of a powerful cop to whom duty is life. While society will turn dystopian without the police force, why are cops looked down upon? Why are they dreaded by commoners? This film tries to answer these questions by pointing at issues like the politicization of the law and order machinery.
Bankrolled by Sri Suman Venkatadri Productions, the film also features Raghu Babu, Ajay Ghosh, Adhurs Raghu, Geeta Singh, Naga Mahesh, Naveena Reddy, Ram, Abdul, and Raghava Sharma. The action entertainer has been shot in places like Hyderabad, Anantapur, and locations across Karnataka.
The first glimpse will be out on August 15 marking Independence Day. Plans are afoot to release the movie in December.
Written and directed by Ch. V. Suman Babu, the story has been written by Murali and Ramesh. Pramod Puligilla has composed the music, while Chinna is taking care of the background music. Devaraj is choreographing the stunts.
