As per the buzz in the Telugu film industry, distributors have been told not to expect the film's release on the date.
If everything goes well, director Prashanth Neel and Hombale Films will keep the film ready for a grand December release.
If postponed, Prabhas' fans will be hugely disappointed. Till this morning, everyone was hoping that the trailer for the movie would drop on September 6.
Meanwhile, Sithara Entertainments has announced the release date of their film 'MAD' as September 28. This might be evidence that the postponement of 'Salaar' has been communicated internally among some producers.
