'Agra' is the title of a Hindi film which won accolades at Cannes, Jio MAMI, 28th Busan International Film Festival and IFF Melbourne in 2023. The film is set to release in France on April 3. "A family and an exploration of space in an increasingly crowded world. It follows the quest for a sexual odyssey of an individual," says an IMDb summary of its plot.
Ahead of its French release, a trailer has been put out by the makers. We see Ruhani Sharma's character engaged in an intimate scene in the trailer. “I was initially apprehensive whether I could pull it off. But director Kanu Behl convinced me and told me that the scenes would be aesthetically shot. In fact, those intimate scenes drive the narrative,” the 'Chi La Sow' actress told DC last year in an interview.
Ruhani was recently seen in films like 'Saindhav' and 'Operation Valentine'.
