A Telugu-language daily today reported that a Mumbai-based actress was harassed for days on end in Vijayawada at an undisclosed location during the rule of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.The starlet was allegedly in a relationship with the son of a YSRCP leader. When her boyfriend attempted to ditch her, allegedly, she demanded Rs 5 crore from him as settlement. The YSRCP leader got to learn about her demand and decided to teach her a lesson. She and her family members were physically abused in an attempt to coerce them into submission. Eventually, a false cheating case was slapped against them. The starlet and her family agreed to give up their demand and remained mum.
"To intimidate a Bollywood heroine, you and your mentor both abused the official machinery. You commissioned special flights to flow in the heroine to Vijayawada from Mumbai. You locked her up in a government guest house and harassed her," the TDP's official social media channels today said, where 'you' stands for a top adviser to the YSRCP government till its ouster recently.
