Telangana Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today gave a late review of Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2. The distinguished politician gave it a negative review.
"I watched the movie the other day. I wasted my three and a half hours. In that time, I could have toured ten villages," Venkat Reddy said, reminding everyone of another distinguished politician-cum-reviewer, Ambati Rambabu. In the past, Ambati reviewed Pawan Kalyan's BRO.
Venkat Reddy also said that Pushpa 2 has had a bad influence on youths. Given that Pushpa Raj is a smuggler in the film and its thematic elements are a "bad influence", why did his government permit benefit shows and unprecedented ticket rates?
The Minister also affirmed that he will watch only historicals, devotional films, and Telangana films from now on. "I will stop watching Telugu movies," the Cinematography Minister declared.
