The pre-release event of Dhanush’s 'Captain Miller' was held in Chennai on Wednesday. At the event, a young man was caught inappropriately touching a Tamil VJ named Aishwarya Raghupathi. Taken aback by his harassment, the VJ not only confronted him but also hit him as the men and women around her watched on.
Sharing her harrowing experience on Instagram, Aishwarya wrote that she was quick to beat the harasser. "He ran, but I chased him, refusing to release my grip. I wasn’t able to accept that he had the guts to grab a woman’s body part. I shouted & attacked him. I have good people around me, and I know there are lots of kind and respectful humans in the world. But I feel too scared to be around these few percent of monsters," Aishwarya wrote.
'Captain Miller' is slated to hit the cinemas on January 12. Dhanush's movie will not get even a decent release in the Telugu States owing to 'Guntur Kaaram' and other Sankranthi releases.
