Raj Tarun's ex-girlfriend Lavanya has put him in a spot ahead of the release of one of his movies. Lavanya accused him of cheating her after years of being in a live-in relationship with her. She also named Malvi Malhotra, a budding actress, in her complaint.
Meeting the press on Friday afternoon, Raj Tarun urged the media to support him. He accused Lavanya of not only harassing him by threatening to lodge complaints against him but also of losing her way after falling prey to substance abuse.
In the presser, Raj Tarun said that Lavanya used to be a good-natured girlfriend in the past. He and Lavanya became friends ostensibly in the late 2000s or early 2010s when he was yet to make his acting debut. He lived-in with her for years but had a fall-out with her in 2017 or so after she allegedly forged negative friendships.
Lavanya, the actor said, is also a drug addict.
