Netizens are criticizing her for mouthing politically incorrect views. "If women are so manipulative, why are they still stuck in patriarchy? They would have manipulated men to get out from patriarchy. What is this attention seeking thing to say in film interviews?" a social media user said.
"Notice how she can get away with saying something that is a rare occurrence usually in the society but can't say that the actual criminals are mostly men. Most crimes against women/ humans are by men. That's how normalised misogyny and blaming women is," a Netizen opined.
