The Teaser for 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' (Part 1) was released the other day. It has been trending successfully all over, proving that there is vast appetite in the audience for period action dramas rooted in medieval history. The extravagant action bonanza stars Power Star Pawan Kalyan, someone with whom Rathnam worked on 'Kushi' more than two decades ago, in the role of an outlawed hero. Fans and movie buffs alike are loving the Teaser on social media. They are enthusiastic about catching the movie in theatres later this year.
Director Jyothi Krishna is going to helm the prestigious pan-Indian project. He will wrap up the film while ensuring that the quality is superlative. MM Keeravani's music and Thota Tharani's amazing sets are expected to be grand.
The other stellar achievement in AM Rathnam's kitty this month is the staggering success of 'Ghilli' (Tamil) upon its theatrical re-release. The Tamil remake of 'Okkadu' is going to gross Rs 30 Cr in its full run. This is more than what 'Ghilli' made when it was originally released in 2004. The other day, Rathnam met with Thalapathy Vijay and courteously adorned him with a garland.
