The sweet deal of National Cinema Day is back in currency. On September 20, as many as 4,000 screens across India will sell movie tickets for as little as Rs 99.
The Multiplex Association of India (MAI) today said that PVR, Inox, Cinepolis, and a few other players are into this. 3D shows, Recliners and premium formats like 4DX, IMAX are exempted.
"National Cinema Day returns for its 3rd edition on September 20th! Enjoy movies at over 4,000 screens across India for just Rs. 99. Don’t miss this perfect opportunity to catch your favorite films with your friends and family," the MAI today said. Films like 'Stree 2' (Hindi), 'Mathu Vadalara 2' (Telugu), and 'ARM' (Malayalam) are expected to benefit.
