Earlier this year, producer Dil Raju thanked Megastar Chiranjeevi and UV Creations for moving their film Vishwambhara out of the Sankranthi race to make way for Ram Charan's Game Changer. Turns out that Vishwambhara's makers didn't deserve any thanks from Dil Raju.
Vishwambhara was not ready to be released for Sankranthi even if Game Changer was not in the race! As per the father of director Mallidi Vassishta, the VFX works of the movie were incomplete at that time. He made the utterance while revealing that the Teaser of the fantasy adventure action entertainer featured AI visuals and not VFX shots.
The admission by the father of the director himself raises doubts. Did UV Creations and Chiranjeevi plan an AI-heavy movie on the pretext of making a first-of-its-kind experiment in Indian cinema? Did they go back to the drawing room because they sensed that the audience won't like the artificial visuals? The film's Trailer is the only possible redeeming factor at this point.
Vishwambhara is slated to hit the cinemas in July.
