Actor Nithiin's 'Thammudu' is slated to hit the cinemas for Maha Shivaratri, in 2025. Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations made the announcement today.

The film, for which director Venu Sreeram of 'MCA' and 'Vakeel Saab' is wielding the megaphone, has landed an unexpectedly intense poster. The poster showcases the 'Rang De' and 'Bheeshma' actor in a powerful running pose, his lungi-clad figure carrying a Kagada and a child. The villagers, equally intense, follow suit, their faces etched with determination. The creative design and the symbolic elements of promise and a bullseye hint at a thrilling and unforgettable cinematic journey. Laya, who used to do movies in the late 1990s and early 2000s, is playing a crucial role.

Ajaneesh B Loknath of 'Kantara' fame is the music director. KV Guhan and Prawin Pudi are the cinematographer and editor, respectively.

Actor Nithiin's 'Thammudu' will be a big release for the festival. He is also doing 'Robinhood' currently under the direction of Venky Kudumula for Mythri Movie Makers.
