Sundeep Kishan, who carved a special image for himself as a successful hero with the film ‘Venkatadri Express’, is now coming up with an out and out comedy entertainer ‘Joru’. Kumar Nagendra, who made a passionate movie ‘Gundello Godari’, is directing the film on ‘Sri Keerthi Films’ banner with Arjun as presenter. The film has completed all formalities and is ready for release on November 7th. Meanwhile we caught up with hero Sundeep Kishan to talk about the film.
Tell us about your new film ‘Joru’?
Kumar Nagendra has presented me in a different way in ‘Gundello Godari’. But, it was not commercially successful. Comedy is the main highlight in ‘Joru’. The film will entertain the audience with out and out comedy from start to end.
I will take care of 3 things. 
Story, director and banner are the three things I’ll keep in mind. My film must entertain all the audience and my producer should always gain profits.
I have much confidence on director.
I will not say that it is a new story. But it is a regular commercial film. It is moulded with a simple comedy and with a new concept. I have much confidence on director than the story. He has crafted each and every scene wonderfully. He presented the comedy on screen well. I would like to do another film too under his direction if possible.
Would you like to sum up your character in couple of words?
I played Sundeep role in the film. It is a very stylish and boy to the next door character. Sundeep character in ‘Joru’ is quite contrast to what I played in my previous films. I used to feel tension in my previous film. But, Sundeep character will make people feel tension.
On film’s highlights:
I’ve two couples of parents and 3 heroines Rashi khanna, Priya Banerjee and Sushma in the film. The main twist is that the three have played the same character Annapurna. Their character will provide confusion and you have to watch it on the screen. The comedy from the confusion will be very hilarious. Music and Brahmanadam and Sapthagiri’s characters will stand out as highlights for the film.
How was the working experience with Brahmanandam?
It is my first film with Brahmanandam. His character will stand out as one the main highlights of the film. I’m very happy to be working with a star comedian Brahmanadam. We will see Brahmanandam in a groom avatar. He is a big plus to the film. He has supported me a lot in the sets. His character in the film will be very different from all the roles which he had done earlier.
Tell us little bit about your next coming up project?
Anandi Art Creations and Usha Kiran Movies are jointly producing my next film with Kanmani as director. The shooting of the film has been completed. And after this, a new film which will be jointly produced by Tagore Madhu and NV Prasad and directed by V Ananad will go on sets soon. Thaman is scoring the music for both of my next projects. Mavayya Chota K Naidu is the cinematographer. Meanwhile, I’ve also agreed a Tamil film. I’ll disclose the details soon.
