The 142 cover restaurant has come up on the Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills, soon will be the destination for authentic and 12 unique varities of “Appams” and many other Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Cuisines which include Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, Chettinad and Meals from Kanyakumari in South India disclosed Mr. N.S. Udayakumar, Chairman of Rs 40crore “Nalaas Group.

The 12 varieties of Appams include Non veg Aappams 1. Plain Appam, 2.Egg Aappam, 3. Bulls eye Aappam, 4. Egg masala Aappam, 5. Chicken Keenan Aappam, 6. Mutton Karens Aappam and Veg Aappams include 7. Kids spl Aappam, 8. Rangoli Aappam, 9. Cheese Aappam, 10. Cheese cashew Aappam, 11. Gingelly cheese Aappam, 12. Butter paneer Aappam. Besides these “Tanjore Chicken”, “Kanyakumari Chicken Biryani” “Chicken Tandoori, Paneer Tikka”, Yummy Fish Finger, Spicy Mixed Kebabs, Soups, Starters, Curries, Breads, Rice & Noodles, Desserts are also available informed M. We have bagged a contract to set up restaurants at Chennai and Hyderabad Airports. The Chennai Airport Restaurant will up very soon. Once we consolidate our first outlet in Hyderabad, then we will also expand in the city. We would like to open atlest another five outlets in next three years in Hyderabad informed Udayakumar. We will also be expanding to Mumbai and Gurgaon this fiscal. And we will spread to all metros in the country in the next five years.

Appam, a type of South Indian pancake made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk is a popular food in South Indian states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Sri Lanka. We wanted to reach out to as many foreigners as possible. We already have three restaurants in London, Abudhabi and Paris. In future we may even expand to other cities in the overseas markets, informed Udayakumar.

The Gold Appam for Nalaas Aappakada shot into fame is not offered now in Hyderabad. After seeing the initial response, we may think of introducing "Gold Appams" as well he informed.
