Dr Srihari, Priyamani, Posani Krishna Murali, Rajeev Kanakala and Shiva Reddy in central roles, B R Duggineni is directing and producing the movie titled ‘Thikka’ under Bharani Minerals banner. This love cum action entertainer is presently being shot at Alluminum Factory at Sivarla in Hyderabad. An item song on Rajeev Kanakala and Divya Yani Chakravarthy is being canned under the choreography of Ganesh master. Ramana Gogula is providing the music. A press meet was organised at the shooting location to brief the film’s progress. Srihari, Rajeev Kanakala, Divyani and Ganesh master attended the press meet.
Srihari said, “Many artists who are crazy (Thikka) about films are acting in this movie. My role in this film also loves acting and movies. BR Duggineni is directing and producing the film with the kind of passion he has on films. I wish the film will become a big hit and earn a good name and position for him in the film industry.”
Rajeev Kanakala said, “For the first time I’m sharing the screen space along with Srihari garu in my 11 years of film career. He is a very supporting person. I’m very happy to work with him. I’m playing an important role in this film. I’ve been doing an item song for the past three days the shooting of which will be completed tomorrow. B R Duggineni is directing the film in an excellent manner. I wish this film will become successful and earn a good name to his banner.”
Bengali beauty Divyani, who is making her debut with this film says that the song’s output is great under the choreography of Ganesh. She seeked the blessings of Telugu audience and thanked the director-producer for giving her a good platform.
