Young director Sukumar is the presenter of the film. He also provided the story, screenplay and dialogues. Raj Tarun and Heba Patel have played hero and heroine respectively. Devi Sri Prasad has provided musical tunes. Top cameramen Ratnavelu has handled the cinematography work. The film was jointly produced by Vijay Prasad Bandreddy and Thomas Reddy Aduri under Sukumar Writings and PA Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd. Banner with director Sukumar as presenter. Palnati Surya Pratap is the director. The film’s success meet was held on Friday, i.e. on November 27 in Hyderabad.
Speaking at the success meet, Sukumar said, “Dill Raju has strong belief on my films. Including ‘Kumari 21F’ he distributed four films related to me. One and only music director in India who rocks by tapping his foot in music shows is Devi Sri Prasad. Devi Sri Prasad’s music, Ratnavelu’s cinematography and Surya Pratap have supported for the success of the film.”
“‘Kumari 21F’ is Sukumar’s trust. Ratnavelu’s cinematography stood as main pillar for the film. Dill Raju’s involvement became added energy. Surya Pratap has crafted the film wonderfully. The film became big success and it is an unforgettable moment for me,” said Devi Sri Prasad.

Dill Raju to launch Devi Sri Prasad as hero:
Devi Sri Prasad, who has a special image for himself in Music world, is being introduced as hero. Directors and producers are making plans since long time to launch Devi Sri Prasad as hero. In the meantime, Dill Raju has grabbed that opportunity. He has officially announced the news at the success meet of ‘Kumari 21F’. Regarding this, Dill Raju said, “As we all know Devi Sri Prasad has so much craze in the audience. In the recent interview dei Sri Prasad said that he is ready to act as hero if he finds a suitable script. That’s why we are planning to introduce him through our banner. We are making plans to do a film with the team which worked for trendsetting film ‘Arya’ 12 years ago. Sukumar will direct hat film, while Ratnavel will handle the cinematography.”
