Music director Gopi Sundar launched the second single 'No Woman No Cry' from actor Srinivas Reddy's next film Jamba Lakidi Pamba, which is all set to hit the screens on June 14. The lyrical video was released on Sivam Celluloids Youtube channel. The lyrics of the song was penned by Bhaskara Bhathla and it was sung by Sweekar Agasthi.
The Kerala based musician has composed music for a number Telugu films. Although initially reluctant due to multiple commitments, he agreed to do music and background score for Jamba Lakidi Pamba after director JB Murali Krishna (Manu) narrated the story to him. He says "after listening to the story, I felt like I should be a part of this film. The story really excited me. I have composed 5 songs for the film, two are melodies, two are fast numbers and the remaining one is a promo song".
He adds, “I like the way the Telugu industry treats an artiste, they show a lot of respect. Not only from the industry people, I have received love and care from ordinary Telugu people also. Every day I receive a lot of messages on Facebook from people of AP and Telangana, mostly about songs from my Telugu movies. From the messages, I get a lot of ideas about the music they like.”
Debutante Siddhi Idnani is pairing opposite Srinivas Reddy in Jamba Lakidi Pamba. The film also stars Posani Krishna Murali, Vennela Kishore, Satyam Rajesh, Dhanraj, Raghu Babu, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Tanikella Bharani, Hari Teja, Himaja, Sudha, Madhumani & Rajitha in supporting roles.
The movie is produced by Ravi, Jojo Jose & N Srinivasa Reddy and co-produced by B. Suresh Reddy under the banners Sivam Celluloids and Mainline Productions.
