Bollywood's popular producer Karan Johar has approached Nagarjuna to launch the latter's son in Hindi films. Akhil is only two films old. The third film is getting ready. So far Akhil has not had a hit film in his kitty. Yet Karan Johar wants to launch this Akkineni lad in Bollywood.
Nagarjuna on the other hand has not got carried away by this offer. He wants Akhil to tread carefully. Nag wants Akhil to score hits in Tollywood and make a name as an actor here in Tollywood before he enters Bollywood.
Currently Akhil Akkineni is shooting for his third film. Nevertheless Nagarjuna has a suggestion for Karan Johar. He wants the producer to produce a film for Akhil in Tollywood and later remake the same film in Bollywood.
