Ad filmmaker-turned-feature film director Murali Naga Srinivas Gandham has cast Sai Ronak and Avika Gor in interesting roles in 'Popcorn', a film that looks like a time pass entertainer. Produced by Madhupalli Bhogendra Gupta of Acharya Creations, the film is being co-produced by Avika Screen Creations and MS Chalapathi Raju. Since Avika Gor is debuting as a producer, the Motion Poster of the movie was released today on her birthday.
Releasing the motion poster, producer Bhogendra Gupta today said that the 'Uyyala Jampala' actress decided to produce the movie since she loved the story. The film is a melodrama. "A girl and boy, who have immense hatred towards each other, get stuck in an inescapable situation. Before the atypical situation in their lives, they were strangers. How did they pass time in the inescapable situation? What did they do when the situation turned fatal?" the director said, explaining the premise.
If music is by Shravan Bharadjwa, the story, screenplay and dialogues are by the director himself. Costumes are by Manohar Panja.
