Radhakrishna Entertainment LLP, the overseas distribution house, has announced a donation of Rs 5 lakh to the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital, which is owned by the Nandamuri family. Distributors Venkat Upputuri and Gopichand Innamuri gave the donation at the pre-release event of 'Akhanda' on Saturday.
Tolly Movies' Mohan Kamma gave Rs 2 lakh, while Canada Telugu Movies' Sumanth Sunkara Rs 1 lakh. The donors thanked the efforts of Chairman Nandamuri Balakrishna at the Hospital.
In Overseas territory, 'Akhanda' will be released in 500 theatres.
