His upcoming movie release 'LADKI' is slated to be released in China. No, it's not a token release. As per the director himself, it will be released on 40,000 screens. India, for perspective, has got 10,000 screens. In other words, RGV's film is getting released on four times as many screens just in China. Doesn't that make him a pan-Asia director?
Sharing the news, Varma wrote, "My film, featuring martial artiste Pooja Bhalekar, will be the first Indian film to have a humongous release in China ..it will be in a minimum of 40,000 screens and it could go up by many more by the release day on July 15."
Unlike 'RRR', 'KGF' and 'Pushpa', 'Ladki' is getting released simultaneously in both India and China. That makes 'Ladki' a pan-Asia marvel!
