Vishwak Sen-starrer film 'Das Ka Dhamki' will head to theatres in February next year in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. Its first trailer was released at a grand event in Hyderabad on Friday. Nandamuri Balakrishna, who recently interviewed the young actor on the talk show 'Unstoppable', was the chief guest for the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Balakrishna encouraged Sen and also lauded the film's cinematographer, among others, after watching the trailer. "The trailer proves Sen's mettle. The Telugu audience always appreciate novelty. Sen has done a variety of movies like 'Falaknuma Das', 'Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam', and 'Ori Devuda'. I wish him all the best," the 'Veera Simha Reddy' actor added.
Vishwak said that he had to work hard on 'Dhamki' for a year and produce it without compromises. "We hope you all are going to love it," he said.
Karate Raju, who is one of the producers of the movie and is Sen's father, thanked Balayya. He added that the film's first look has been a big hit. "Our movie 'Falaknuma Das' fetched my son a mass image. As for 'Dhamki', we had to work four times harder," he added.
Starring Nivetha Pethuraj as the heroine, 'Dhamki' has music by Leon James.
