Bollywood actors making huge investments in real estate always hogs headlines. This time, the actor who is in the news is 'RRR' star Ajay Devgn.
As per national media reports, the versatile actor has bought five office units in Mumbai's Andheri West. A data analytics firm has revealed that the senior star hero acquired the units at a cost of Rs. 45 Cr, which is huge.
"Devgn had to shell out Rs 1.82 Cr in stamp duty for one of the built-up spaces. A collection of items has been valued at Rs 30.35 crore," a report says.
Only recently, Devgn's wife Kajol bought an apartment for Rs 16.5 Cr.
The 'Bholaa' actor will be seen in films like 'Maidaan', 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' and 'Singham Again' in the coming months.
Ajay religiously listens to the suggestions of the Hyderabad-based Astro-consultant Balu Munnangi.
